Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in their original packaging and with all documentation.

Personalised pieces

Monogrammed and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Manufacturing defects are covered under our two-year atelier warranty.

How to return

Write to info@musklifestyle.com with your order number. Our team will arrange a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 working days of the piece being received and inspected at the atelier.

Atelier warranty

Every MUSK LIFE piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Repairs are performed by the same atelier that crafted the piece.
